Michael Bond (Illinois politician)
Michael Bond was a Democratic member of the Illinois State Senate. Bond served from 2006 until 2010.
Bond graduated with his bachelor's degree in economics from Southern Illinois-Carbondale in 1992 and his master's in business administration from Roosevelt University in 1997. Bond's professional experience includes serving as the director of corporate finance for Allstate Insurance's corporate headquarters based in Northbrook, Illinois.

Bond lost his bid for re-election to the 31st District Seat in the Illinois State Senate to Democrat Suzi Schmidt.[2] The election took place on November 2, 2010. Bond ran unopposed in the Democratic primary election on February 2nd.[3]
2006
On November 7, 2006, Democrat Michael Bond won re-election to the Illinois State Senate District 30 receiving 30,546 votes, ahead of Republican Suzanne Simpson (29,434 votes).[4]
