Since update to macos Ventura 13.0.1 have kernel panic problems

Today I have updated my imac to ventura 13.0.1 and since then the mac does not start after going to hybernate. After I restart by pressing the startbutton I get this error report. Can anyone help?

Start up in Safe Mode. If it doesn’t panic, you likely have a third-party system modification installed that is not compatible with Ventura.

The full panic log may have a clue in the “loaded kexts” section. If there is something with a com.company.name entry, that may be the cause

I think with a new way of doing kernel extensions, it’s harder to find it.

I’m not sure they still appear in the kernel panic log as they did before. There is a program made by one of the contributors here called Etrecheck pro, which can tell you what things you have installed. You can also post the report here for us to view the report should sanitize itself of all private information. It is free to use, you don’t have to pay for the advanced features.

after I thought the problem is solved, I had a Kernel panic again. It always happens in idle mode and I can't wake the system up so I have to reboot. I tried Etrecheck pro and this is what the report showed concerning the major issue "Kernel panicsThis system has experienced kernel panics. This could be a sign of hardware failure.". Do you have any hint what the problem might be:
