Triangle UFO, TR-3B spotted: Is it real?

A woman recorded strange lights that were hovering and rotating in the sky Sunday night in Pennsylvania.

After our last story on an unidentified flying object, a woman sent FOX26 this video from Reading, Pennsylvania saying she first spotted the lights around 9:36 p.m.

She said the lights just hovered in the air and slowly started rotating.

I thought they were the famous Chinese lamps but they were turning very slowly

The sighting lasted around 2 minutes, and the woman said it sounded like an airplane.

It's weird to see this, it's my first time, that's why I recorded it.

So what do you think? Is it a UFO? Is it drones?
