FIRE VICTIM IN NEED OF ATTORNEY AND DAY USE OF HORSE TRAILER A. S.A.P !!! CAN YOU PLEASE HELP?? Hi Neighbors, I was recently displaced from my home due to no fault of my own ( the fire started in my landlord's room upstairs) when my house burned down and is now condemned. I lost almost everything in the fire, didn't have renter's insurance and am having a hard time getting the landlord to give me my rent back for the month of March and my security deposit and he doesn't seem to think he's responsible for putting me up somewhere until I can find a new place, or compensate me for the things I lost, even though he's been getting pay out from his homeowners insurance. Can anyone refer me to a good attorney for these types of issues please? Also, my horse is in a very dangerous place as her corral is very close to the condemned property, which continues to cave in on itself daily. I FINALLY have a place to 5ake her and s truck but am in need of a horse trailer to use for a total of probably 2hours by this Wed (code enforcement will remove my horse if she's not gone by then). I have gone through my savings and am tapped out financially. I'm hoping to find a kind horse lover who might be willing to help me and my horse in this situation and let me please use their trailer for a few hours. CAL FIRE

On March 31, 2024, and April 8, 2024, the California State University, San Jose (SJSU) Police and the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) - Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) Arson and Bomb Unit responded to fires in the Martin Luther King Jr. Library on the SJSU campus. The investigation revealed the fire causes were arson, on State of California property, and occupied by students at the time of the arson fires. The joint law enforcement investigation was a collaboration between SJSU Police and the CAL FIRE – OSFM Arson and Bomb Unit. All personnel involved worked tirelessly to canvass the area, review security camera footage, cultivate leads, and ultimately identify the suspect. The suspect was identified as SJSU sophomore student Amogh Upadhya. Amogh Upadhya was arrested and charged with four (4) counts of Arson and booked into the Santa Clara County Jail. Upadhya is being held on $400,000.00 bail until a court hearing on April 12, 2024. The CAL FIRE – OSFM Arson and Bomb Unit is dedicated to helping agencies all over California no matter the size of the department, location, or the time of day or night.
