I have a samsung a9 (2018) which has been working fine until now. In the past few days it has started to restart on its own and today i got an error - Kernel Panic. I hope someone can help me.

Try to wipe cache partition

1. With the device off, press and hold Volume up and Power.

2. Release the Power button when you see the Samsung logo, but continue to hold Volume Up until the recovery screen appears.

3. Use the Volume buttons to navigate the menu and select wipe cache

Press Home to choose the selection.

4. Press Volume Up continue.

Please note wipe cache won't delete ur data

If this didn't work unfortunately maybe you need to factory reset but with this u will loose all data
