It's a versatile appliance with the ability to steam, cook, braise, and stew. Durable 18/8 (food grade 304) stainless steel inner pot, it's easy to clean and retains its luster over time. I love the stainless steel inner pot, its perfect size for 1-3 people, and the indirect heating! Need to add water at both outer and inner pot, which is different than other rice cooker. But it prevents burnt rice after leaving it in warm setting for a while. Very easy to clean and looks cute.
