I do love this thing. It makes a meal for 1-2 people in an hour or so. It's portable, easy to clean, and it doesn't take up much counter space, while it's cooking.
It works well, if one of its presets works for whatever you are making.
However...
* If you want to customize anything about the cooking, the UI is cumbersome, and some cooking times are impossible.
* Within each preset, you can adjust the time within its range. Note that numbers only go up; so, you have to continue to keep going up, until it wraps to its minimum. Commonly, my preferred cooking time is either above or below the allowed range.
* The instructions are written in broken English. I've only been able to decypher some of them, and most of the information in their tables is incorrect.
* There is no "start" button. So, you just set what you think you want, then wait a minute, to see if it does anything - The display will change, if it starts.
* There is no indication of the cooking mode (ie. pressure cooker) for the buttons, other than the manual, which is inconsistent.
Honestly, it would be so much easier to have a pressure/slow cooker buttons and buttons to set the time up/down.
However...
I do love this thing, and I'm adjusting to just pressing whatever button is close enough.

love the small size pot but was surprised by the overall size of the device. nearly as big as my 3 quart instant pot. this works well for everyday cooking. I've made stews, ox tail stock and chicken congee. every dish has turned out well with out the over size batches I tend to make with the instant pot. keeping both but loving this size for 1 or 2 people.only down side is you can not by more sealing rings to swap between sweet and savory cooking. don't want my yogert to taste of cumin ya know? also can't get a new pot if this one gets scratched up. you just have to buy a whole new cooker.

I've made stews, ox tail stock and chicken congee. every dish has turned out well with out the over size batches I tend to make with the instant pot. keeping both but loving this size for 1 or 2 people.
only down side is you can not by more sealing rings to swap between sweet and savory cooking. don't want my yogert to taste of cumin ya know? also can't get a new pot if this one gets scratched up. you just have to buy a whole new cooker.
