the roots came soggy, rotten. Everything was thrown away. The seller wrapped it with something damp and it got moldy along the way. Before sending, according to the photo, everything is ok.
The full amount was refunded, but unfortunately no one will refund the taxes I had to pay in our country. I am losing money on this trade.
