Shirley Schmidt

Shirley Schmidt, formerly of Galesburg, will celebrate her 80th birthday Monday.

She has been married to William Schmidt for 25 years.

She has five children, Sue Nelson of Victoria, Nancy Sturgeon of Altona, Pam Dugas of Van Nuys, Calif., Chuck (and Julie) Nelson of Galesburg, and Ang (and Bob) Lane of Strathmore, Calif. She has 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
