The thing is that from what I see, it's merely a concept at best, and why change gravity when you can change density(much simpler). And how 's is this "nuclear" powered?

Your intuition is right, this sketch can't be a *real* technical (classified, government's) plan of such a craft.

It's rather impossible. It's most likely somebody's independent plan drawn basing on Fouché's accounts.

And yes, it's all rocket engines and plasma-based gravity disruptor, nothing more. The picture says it's nuclear powered, but that doesn't mean it really is at all. Most likely uses fuel and conventional power.

Rumoured to be a government-based classified aircraft that is said to disrupt gravity (instead of creating anti-gravity) and reduce its weight by around 80-90%.

The "leaks" about it are credited to Edgar A. Fouché.
