A report from Spanish media outlet Marca has suggested that Inter haven’t submitted an offer for Achraf Hakimi.

The report details how the Nerazzurri have been rumoured to have offered Real Madrid €40 million plus €5 million in add-ons for the 21-year-old Moroccan right back, who has spent the last two seasons on loan with German side Borussia Dortmund. Despite the rumours, the offer apparently doesn’t exist, although the player does prefer a move to Inter over the other interested clubs, like Bayern Munich and Manchester City.

The Real Madrid executives are calm regarding Hakimi, the report continues, and coach Zinedine Zidane could still take the player back to Spain if he wanted, although Dani Carvajal is the preferred option. Hakimi has made 44 appearances across all competitions so far this season, for a total of 3527 minutes. In that time, he has scored nine goals and provided 10 assists, being one of the strongest full backs in the league.
