There was everything we needed. The facility was so lovely, clean, cozy and big enough for us. The host was so helpful and gave us good tips for the trip with a surprising welcome gift. It was such a wonderful stay and we enjoyed it very much.

Very nice hosts. The house is lovely with traditional wooden balconies. There is a sauna in the garden where, afterwards you can sit in the river Trauen and cool off. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean, as was the rest of the house. Located only a 5 minute walk from the centre of Bad Ischl but incredibly quiet and tranquil. Beds were extremely comfortable and good quality. House has its own park space and.....with a family of four......there are three toilets...absolute plus:-) If klettersteigs are of interest, there are lots to do in the area as well as the lakes. Highly recommend and will be deffinatley returning. Thank you to Katherina and Christian.

A beautiful tranquil location overlooking the river, but only a few minutes walking from the heart of Bad Ischl. Many local walks, but also easy car and public transportation connections to other sights. The house is also much more spacious than the pictures had seemed to suggest. You will not regret it!

The Villa was very beautiful and had the perfect location for a relaxing trip with the river flowing in the backyard. The hosts were super nice and gave us a short tour of their house while checking in. The hosts also prepared a baby cot for us on requesting. The place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Salzburg, Bad Ischl or Hallstatt.

The house is very spacious and provides everything you need for a comfortable vacation. There’s even a private garden with a sauna and access to the river (!!). The house is on a quiet street, but close to very nice restaurants, shops etc. Christian and his wife are the most amazing hosts, so helpful and forthcoming. I think Bad Ischl is the perfect location in the lake district because you can take trips in every direction by car, bus, train, or bike. This beautiful little town has everything, including a local food market on Fridays (so delicious!) and a wonderful salt thermal spa. They say it’s fun in the winter too, with hot water steaming under the stars… We totally loved staying here and will come back!
